Location

Based in rural West Lancashire. Surrounded by fields of local produce. The Leeds Liverpool Canal and the River Douglas run close to the hotel for great walking.

Local nature reserves are also with in a stones throw. Mere Sands Woodland Trust and Martin Mere Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

We are 15-20 minutes drive from M6 and M61 which makes us easily accessible. Liverpool and Manchester airports are within an hours travelling for oversea guests.

There are many beautiful walks to take in the area, showing a vast wealth of flora and fauna. Local to the hotel are Mere Sands Wood loop, Tarleton and Bank Hall, Parbold Hill and Fairy Glen, Rufford to Burscough Canal walk. Many walks in the area are featured on Alltrails.com
